“Everything that is alive, moves. Dance is simply my way of dealing and relating to the world that surrounds me. I’m interested in movement as a door to self-expression, empathy and transformation.” 

Sofia is a dancer and performer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She holds a BA in Dance from Universidad Nacional de las Artes. 

She’s worked and collaborated with choreographers like Ella Rothschild, Melisa Zulberti, Daniela Neugebauer, Yankalle Filtser, Emanuel Ludueña and Carlos Trunsky. Recently started the process of co-creating her own work with colleague Eugenia Lapadula Plá, in which they explore the chaotic journey of mourning.  

Sofia has danced with Norrdans since August 2024.
